The business of CHSDG requires many areas of professional involvement and CHSDG has ongoing professional relationship with Architects, Engineers (Civil, Geotechnical, Structural and Materials), and designers (interior, landscape, and fung shuie). Our construction arm has long term relationships with trade contractors on both the subcontract and design-build level.

GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS:
Development projects all exist within a governmental jurisdiction. CHSDG has developed a working relationship with many local and state agencies and Cities, a relationship of trust and high quality. CHSDG has completed many “Redevelopment” projects under the former California RDA laws and is helping forge a new paradigm in Public/Private partnerships in the wake of the demise of local RDA’s. Over the last 25 years CHSDG and its principals have developed long-term personal relationships and reputation with the decision makers, staffs and environmental concerns required for project approval.

CHSDG will create a business model unique to each project. The needs, identity and goals of the investment group is paramount. From stand alone, single purpose LLC’s to Joint Venture, to outright sale, CHSDG advises and aids the investors in maximizing their return and meeting their investment goals.
